What We Do

Our Services

Complete septic and sewer services for Cumberland County and surrounding areas. Licensed, insured, and owner-operated.

01

Septic Pumping

Regular septic pumping is the most important thing you can do to protect your septic system. Without it, solids build up, overflow into your drain field, and cause thousands in damage. We recommend pumping every 3–5 years depending on household size.

What makes us different: we pump both sides of your tank — the primary and secondary chambers. Most companies only touch one side. We clean the whole system every single time, which is why our customers' systems last longer.

02

Septic Repairs

Septic systems break down over time — components wear out, lids crack, distribution boxes fail, and drain fields get clogged. The sooner a problem gets addressed, the less expensive the fix. Ignored issues almost always escalate into full system replacements.

With 30+ years experience, we've repaired every type of septic system in Cumberland County. We diagnose accurately and repair correctly — no guesswork, no unnecessary upsells.

Septic Installs

Building a new home or replacing a failed system? A properly designed and installed septic system will serve you for decades. A poorly installed one will cost you constantly. We've been installing septic systems in North Carolina for over 30 years — we know the soil, the codes, and the process.

We handle permits, site evaluation, system design, excavation, and installation from start to finish. Owner on site for every install.

Roto-Rooter Services

Slow drains, backups, and persistent clogs are often caused by buildup in your drain lines or early-stage root intrusion. Our Roto-Rooter service mechanically cuts through blockages and restores full flow to your pipes quickly and effectively.

We bring professional-grade equipment and decades of experience. Whether it's a household drain or a main sewer line, we'll clear it.

Jet Out Sewer Lines

High-pressure water jetting is the most effective way to clean sewer lines. It doesn't just poke a hole through a clog — it blasts the entire pipe wall clean, removing grease, scale, debris, and soft root growth. The result is a line that flows like new.

We use hydro-jetting for thorough sewer line maintenance and for clearing blockages that mechanical methods can't fully resolve.

Root Blockage Removal

Tree roots are one of the most common causes of sewer and septic line failure in North Carolina. Roots seek out water and nutrients, find microscopic cracks in pipes, and expand until they cause a complete blockage or crack the pipe entirely.

We locate and remove root blockages using cutting equipment and high-pressure jetting. We'll also advise you on whether the affected pipe section needs repair or lining to prevent re-entry.

Septic Tank Inspections

Whether you're buying a home, selling a property, or just due for a checkup, a proper septic inspection gives you a clear picture of your system's condition. We inspect both compartments of the tank, check baffles, assess drain field health, and look for signs of leaks, damage, or failure.

With 30+ years of experience in Cumberland County, we know what to look for — and we'll give you a straight answer on what's working, what needs attention, and what can wait.
